In-the-canal (ITC) hearing devices
The ITC has all its electronic components contained within a plastic shell custom made to fit your ear. This style sits with the bulk of the device in the ear canal and the bottom part of the bowl of the ear. They are quite discrete with only a small portion of the hearing aid visible.
ITCs are most suitable for mild-moderate hearing losses. Like the larger ITE, they are pretty easy to manage with the insertion of just one piece. There are no parts behind the ear which many people love. This is a highly versatile style of hearing aid.
